Hi. I’m Pritisha.
I have managed and run QA teams (and of course their hiring) for more than a decade now.

I myself have been a part of high performing QA teams working with colleagues across the globe(spanning US/APAC/MENA/NZ regions).

In my 10+ years years of experience I have interviewed over 800+ QAs. But the standard recruitment agencies are not able to offer the best QAs.. But why?

I realized that there’s a gap in having a specialized recruitment team that themselves understand the ins and outs of separating a good from an average QA.

And for that, you’ve got to have a great QA background yourself. Our SOPs of hiring are built around absolutely sharp QA practices – and that’s how we bring the best of the best QA talent at roughly the same price that you’d have paid otherwise.
